Perfectionism may appear admirable, but it comes with its own set of challenges—procrastination, the fear of failure, exhaustion, strained relationships, and impacts on health. Recognising these pitfalls is crucial.

Striving for flawlessness once held me captive, causing missed opportunities both personally and professionally. Insisting on everything being perfect before starting led to delays and lost opportunities. I’ve walked that path, grappling with procrastination and have discovered ways to break free. I understand the frustration of aiming high and feeling stuck in the pursuit of perfection. I firmly believe that each of us is called for a greater good, destined to fulfil a purpose; we just need to overcome hurdles and limiting beliefs. We all have an inner calling guiding us. For me, it’s a lifelong desire to make a meaningful difference and serve people. As an anxiety and mindset coach, I’ve found the opportunity to walk in my calling. I had considered psychology, but then I realised, ‘I don’t want to sit and listen to people’s problems all day; I want to be part of their discovery journey, guiding the process to see them become the best versions of themselves. Beyond my personal journey, I’ve been a pillar of support for friends and family facing anxiety, feeling stuck, or searching for their life purpose. Witnessing their struggles fuelled my quest to become a coach, equipping myself with the best techniques. My passion is to inspire others to become their best selves, uplift them, instill calmness, and guide them toward personal and professional fulfilment—to boldly live the life they were meant to, full of joy and infinite possibilities.

I am proud to have encouraged many people to reach breakthroughs in mindset shift, stress, anxiety, aligning them with their purpose, achieving financial freedom, addressing work and business issues, and overcoming low self-esteem. This has helped many people raise their emotional intelligence, experience peace of mind, live a happier, more balanced life, create a lifestyle they love, and be inspired to do what they love, unlocking their full potential.
